Education

Dr. Daniela Minudri received her Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the National University of Rio Cuarto (Argentina).
In 2013 she obtained a Ph.D. fellowship during 5 years in Chemistry Science, funded by the Argentinean National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET). She worked on the development and characterization of organic materials to be used in energy conversion technologies and optoelectronic devices; her thesis was directed by Prof. Fernando Fungo and Prof. Luis Otero.
In 2018 she obtained a postdoctoral fellowship funded by CONICET to perform postdoctoral training at the National University of Rio Cuarto (Argentina) under the supervision of Prof. Gabriel Planes and Prof. Rodrigo Palacios. She worked on the study of electrocatalytic processes using combined techniques of electrochemistry and single-molecule fluorescence spectroscopy.
In 2019 she made an internship at the University of the Basque Country (UPV), Spain, under the supervision of Prof. David Mecerreyes at POLYMAT. The internship was carried out through a Marie Sklodowska-Curie RISE at the project "Ionbike: From new chemistry toward emerging applications".
Daniela joined POLYMAT in October 2021 as a postdoc in the Innovative Polymers Group.

Research

Her research interests are focused on electropolymer, electroactive materials, materials science field, and electrochemistry.
At POLYMAT, he will work under the supervision of Prof. David Mecerreyes on Polymeric corrosion inhibitors.
