Research

Jaime Martin´s conducts research in the broad field of functional polymer materials. Within this, his main interest is to develop new knowledge on the various polymer physics aspects that are relevant for organic electronics and photonics. Among his main research interest are the study of glassy, crystalline and liquid-crystalline phases in organic semiconductors, the establishment of relevant processing-structure-properties interrelationships for semiconducting polymers, the crystallization of ferroelectric and conjugated polymers and spatial confinement effects on polymers.
