This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), a key institution in our scientific ecosystem and a long-standing partner of POLYMAT.

To mark this milestone, the congress Donostia is Science was inaugurated this week, providing a space to reflect on the impact and contributions of the Faculty over the past five decades.

POLYMAT is proud to maintain a strong collaboration with the Faculty of Chemistry, both in research and education. We actively participate in their Master's programs and regularly host students for internships, Bachelor's theses, and Master's thesis projects within our research groups.

We congratulate the Faculty of Chemistry and all its members—past and present—on this important anniversary and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the years to come.
