Ms. Clara María García Sáez will defend her PhD thesis, “3D GLIOMIMIX: Shaping the future of brain cancer with 3D bioprinting,” on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 15:00 in the Joxe Mari Korta Auditorium of the EHU Gipuzkoa Campus.

Supervised by Prof. Sandra Camarero, the research explores the development of advanced 3D bioprinting strategies to model brain cancer, contributing to the creation of more realistic and predictive in vitro platforms for glioblastoma research.

The thesis committee will include Prof. Gianni Ciofani (IIT), Assoc. Prof. Lorea Blazquez (BioDonostia), and Prof. José Luis Pedraz (CIBER-EHU).
