On September 9th, Pauline Bron defended his PhD thesis, "Design of Isocyanate Free Polyhydroxyurethane Vitrimers for Recycling Applications", at the Faculty of Chemistry Assembly Hall.

Supervised by Prof. Lourdes Irusta and Prof. Vincent Landmiral, her work explores the development of sustainable polymeric networks, focusing on alternative chemistries that avoid the use of toxic isocyanates while enabling recyclability through vitrimer design. Her research contributes to advancing circular economy approaches in polymer science, offering new strategies for durable yet recyclable materials.
